    With a .us domain Google will geolocate your website to the U.S. only, regardless where your physical server is located. Surfers from EU and other regions will not notice your website in the search results as it will be strongly affected by the geolocation ranking factor. It is also not possible to tell Google to geolocate the site in a different country when you are using a country TLD.

    I do not get the obsession with English speaking traffic though, business wise if you're not gonna make money then why? Also why target such saturated market for what purpose? I love to know what is his future plan with this .us domain or was it just because it sounds good?

    with .us domain i might make health , insurance or seo website, so i can attract US visitors on my website and by placing google adsense on that site, i might make some good money as big G pays good money for US traffic.

    sounds like a great idea if you have a plan that will beat all the existing sites in those niches. They're pretty well exploited already and most sites fail.

    yes, i have a plan, but thing is i am out of motivation, i am 37 working from age 16, not saved a single money till now :( my kids are like over 10 yrs of age now :(

    fear of loosing again like lost in previous works , in real life and on net, i loose everywhere.. what i found in 11 yrs online working is, health, insurance, medical, seo, car-bike blogs are best for business, if someone can write unique articles and having US or european traffic can really make good money..

    surviving in india is very very tuff, especially for GENERAL CATEGORY people, those never get any type of help, motivation or anything from any govt. or any govt. employee.. india is a very very corrupted country. i love my country, but govt. system is very very bad.

    Don't get me wrong here as I'm not trying to be cynical and pessimistic, but did you notice how many "might" you used in this statement. You first need to sort out if it has enough in it for you and if risks outweigh the benefits here, I am all about do, do, do, but some due diligence is essential for especially online businesses. But good luck mate, I do believe with enough persistence anyone can make some good money.

    I was just amused that the man who wants to make a porn site in a country that doesn't allow it, who openly states that he'd have no problem with defrauding Paypal then goes on to complain that his country is corrupt.

    i never defraud with any one, i was just telling, in india if some fraud happens, no one get any type of jail or something like that, because till u have money u are not criminal in india... also yes i asked about starting porn article site.. was just curious too know that is it really easy to start porn site like this in india ? where we respect womens and everyone.. i am a very goo person, i believe in hard work.. did u read my previous replies, where i said i am working from age 16 and i am 37 now, and none of my business goes perfect/right, i am very hard GENERAL CATEGORY person.. i asked by .us domain, because i research that adsense give much more then for US visitors rather then other countries.. simple
