What id Damping Factor ?

    Technically, damping factor is an amplifier specification related to the amplifier's output impedance. It is a good measure of the amplifier's ability to control the motion of the woofer cone.

    theoretically dumping factor means factor which degrades you site valuation. Regarding page rank, user's bounce rate acts as dumping factor. More bounce rate of your site, more will be the dumping factor lesser will be you page rank.
