    This domain is registered before a few week and SEOINC having overture searches arround 1400+

    SEOInc.com is an actual company from their website www.seoinc.com so that would be why they have an OVT of 1,400, plus from the footer link of their site, it looks like SEOInc is TM, so there are potential TM issues with this name as well
