when I'm sad or not in the mood, I just listen to my music and after that I'm ok, but not that instant, sometimes it depends on how sad I am.
When I am sad just focusing my attention to my PC, just playing some of my games and sometimes having a drink with some friends.
Keep your head up high, but don't just settle for that. Find one of your friends that you trust completely, and tell them the whole thing. The more you keep things bottled up the worse it can get. You need to find an outlet for these pent up feelings. If you don't it can cause some serious damage to you. I don't know what your views are on the subject but here is what I personally did. Mine was prayer and two really good friends that got me through some really tough times, and anytime I need them they will always be there for me, and I for them.
one very good thing you can do. Go out on the street and start laughing on anyone who passes by and closely observe their reaction while you laugh on them. This should cure your problem.
The best thing to do in such circumstances is to take a walk to the nearby park and just observe the young children playing.... Best stress-buster.... IMO Regards, RightMan
what about something you can't tell your friends that made you sad? and something that bother you so much and sad, how you go to sleep? I just don't know what to do when something happened like this.
Hey hope you having a better day, there is nothing worse than feeling sad try get together with friends and keep busy.
Listen to some music. Sometimes, listening to certain music can make you sadder, but you'd certainly feel better after that. What you actually should lookout for during periods of sadness is the temptation to overeat or drink.
