What I need to do againest DP spammer?

    I person post on DP freebee. The post url is: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=11838083#post11838083
    He inform the post, he will pay $3 within 24 hours for single signup on a freehosting site using his affiliates link. I do it.But,now he is editing his post & inform,the thread is closed!!!
    Well,when the thread is live,I just sign up at that time. Now,he is not communicating with me. What I need to do?Where I complain againest this spammer DP member?
