    And I was thinking of a nice MLT, a mutton, lettuce and tomato sandwich, where the mutton is nice and lean and the tomato is ripe. They're so perky, I love that. :D:D:D:D

    Fajitas sounds good for you. It is steak or chicken, green peppers and onions grilled, cut lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole all set in different plates. So you pick what you want and put it in a tortilla (like a flatbread, but thinner).

    we both cook but not that often. we're both decent but not be calling each other chef anytime soon!



    we had steak & chicken fajitas tonight! I bought the big honkin' tortillas too, the burrito sized ones....covers the whole plate unwrapped :cool:
