What I have to learn to create new blogger-wp templates

    could you plz tell me which web languages (html etc.) and tools (frontpage etc.) I should know-use.

    -to create a new blogger template or edit an existing one.
    -to create a new wordpress theme or edit an existing one.

    I am newbie but I want to start to create sth new and learn. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    You should learn PHP and HTML. All the wordpress elements are based on PHP and HTML. I learned them from tizag.com.

    I don't know about blogger template, but once you get familiar with the two, you'll be able to edit it.
