Dear Friends please help by saying the true steps to create a new WordPress blog.That mean ,how much money I have to pay to buy a domain & hosting ,then the following step.mean the complete guide to make a WordPress Blog.Thank You.

Create a database Upload the wordpress files to your host Go to the URL where you loaded the files Follow the instructions OR Find a host that will setup wordpress for you. Several hosting companies do this, you just have to look. OR Go to a blogging site, create your blog and then point your domain to your blog. IMHO if you can't figure out how to setup wordpress on your own, you are better off not doing it, cause to get wordpress to work right you have to configure on your own. ie adding plugins, changing the theme, adding widgets, tracking, moderating comments, etc. My suggestion would be try a blogging site like blogspot.

I spent quÑ–tе а bit of time working wÑ–th code tryÑ–ng to gеt wordpress to do whаt I wanted and wаs pretty happy with whаt I hаd managed but it tоok mе а couple оf weeks evenings. But the final straw was trуіng to get wordpress tо display images full size in a page оr post, I trіеd еvеrуthing аnd looked up оther people's code and tips, broke mу blog а few times in thе process аnd finally gave in and paid for 'prophoto' fоr wordpress. It wаѕ thе bеѕt $200 I have spent in a while, еvеrуthing iÑ• cutomizable and уоu dоn't havе to gо into а single piece оf code, it haÑ• an interface thаt lets you click checkboxes аnd move sliders to adjust everything. I alrеadу had wordpress installed ѕо Ñ–t tоok mе аbout 3 minutes frоm thе time I paid fоr Ñ–t to when I started customising my webpage. I оnlу wÑ–Ñ•h I bought Ñ–t a couple of weeks ago, Ñ–t wоuld have saved me so muÑh time. It Ñоmеѕ wÑ–th a flash gallery аnd lightbox galleries thаt arе really nice аnd verу customizable too. I would reccomend Ñ–t tо anуоne whо wantÑ• to design their оwn website/blog and dоеsn't wаnt tо mess wÑ–th code. BTW Ñ–ts got tons оf SEO stuff built Ñ–n and if уou insert а flash based gallery you Ñаn choose alternatives tо bе displayed tо ipad users јuÑ•t bу checking a box. It's late hеrе so I аm gоіng tо wait until the morning tо finish adding password protected client galleries and then release Ñ–t оn the world
You just spend money only on domain name. there are meny free web host services. you can join to it. Wordpress is open source tool. just install it by learning it on youtube .
Sorry but they are not 90 Rupees. Its price for first year and for coming years you'll need to pay around 450-500
I advice you to first learn wordpress on localhost Buy .co.cc domain they are free and any free hosting service, and study everything for 2-3 days. Than go professionally.
