What I can do ?

    I am doing SEO related services in DP for a long.But few days back one guy hire me for a small directory submission ($4).I just finish it fast.

    But he is saying that he did't got any confirmation mails ; I resubmit it again and again.But he is having the same answer.


    Now he start making unwanted comments in my service threads and I lost many orders.His name is Alexo and what action I can take ?

    If he is doing it more and more will mods get me banned ?

    Report his posts if he is hijacking other sales. Your general reputation should stand you in good stead.

    He's allowed a single "name and shame" thread in General Chat which should result in your happy customers telling him what's what.

    As for the emails not working, I'd suggest he tries his junk folder and checks his spam filter settings. I get lots going straight to spam.

    Sometimes you just have to cut and run with some customers. If your conscience is clear then you have nothing to worry about.

    Just post a single response or come up with some sort of deal.
    And about the e-Mails...sounds stupid but checked your junk folder? lol

    Hey I just provide u the VCC same as I provide to others !

    Then its not my problem.U can try it anywhere else.It will work.U only ask me for VCC and did't mention abt the use !

    So its not my prob !

    I don't no what happen to this newbie guys here in DP !

    No onwards I am stop doing biz with newbies !

    Its from one of my friend.And I promise u I will do it within 2 days.Here I am in DP for a long and don't face any prb like this.

    oh GOD !
    With this VCC biz I got $7 profit and now I lost my four hrs !

    So plz understand me.
