Please visit my site and provide any feedback you would like. http://personalrecipe.com What should I sell? I just started posting products from Amazon directly related to each recipe in the post. I still have yet to make a sale through Amazon affiliate. Any feedback would be great! Thanks
social media marketing is the great one. you can post your product in facebook fan page or twitter. also use twitter feed to sync your twitter account with your website if you post anything in your blog it will automatically post on your twitter account
I love your site. Try to exchange links with other sites as well as try to submit your site to different directories.
Those pancakes look delish! Are you the one doing the cooking? You might want to have cooking lessons recorded and uploaded in YouTube with links back to your site. That will help your site get more traffic. You might also add more content on your blog like what's your favorite recipe, what you like to cook during the holidays and things like that. I think that will get you more readers and will make your site look more personal, instead of just a recipe site. You can also recommend some products that you have used and helpful in creating one of your dishes. That should help get you some conversions.
The page looks overstuffed with Amazon ads. In your situation I would make the banerless website. The recipe producs should have some examples. For instance if the ingredient consist the flour, you can give an example of some brand names of the flour producers. These brand names can be with affiliate links. Who buy food in Amazon? There should be some local e-shops, which can be more profitable than Amazon partners. Another issue is video tutorials. They should be emphasized more. You can actually add 1 video per day to generate the content.
I visited your site today and haven't seen any major improvements. The header has changed I think from the last time I checked it and it looks better now. I just wish you take out some of the ads.You have adsense ads on the sidebar and in between paragraphs. I think it's best to have them under your post or before but keep the sidebar clean by just having your post titles in there. Hope that helps. Have a good day!
Onsite everything seems to be in the right place. I think you just need to drive more traffic through your site to get something out of it. How much daily(monthly) hits are you getting?
You website is based on food and recipes concept nice topic have chosen by you first start with search engine submission and some directories and bookmarks then when your website get crawled then add some New and Fresh Interesting Food recipe's videos and do video submission of that video's.. you will get nice benefit ...

You could join blogs similar to your recipe site, and leave comments, ensure that the comments adds value, as soon as folks see that you are an authority on the subject, people will start visiting your site
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I will be making some changes this week to the site and hopefully driving more traffic! I will let everyone here know once I have completed some updates.
try to get more LIKES on facebook make some contest on facebook and set auto tweet for every blog post
your site is well build. you can write article about recipes and post it in different article directories.
I visited your site today this is a very good site I think you just need to drive more traffic through your site to get something out of it
The recipe you sharing look tasty. I suggest you to write a blog to share your recipe or you can sell with ebook as well . You do need change your website background image which the image is blur . You should find higher quality image to replace it .
Great thanks everyone. I am working on finding a new clearer back ground image and also cleaning up the Ads. I was thinking of adding a reviews page with a few reviews on cooking products and recipes. I could then include some affiliate products there.
