What hosting service should I use

So, I'm wanting to get a website up and running which will serve as a portfolio for my work (my art, photography, music, etc). I've decided I want to use a different host than the one I usually use for this (I usually use freeservers). Can anyone recommend a good host to use?

I'm not wanting to spend more than $70 at once, or if we're talking about paying month by month up to about $10 a month is fine (cheap is good, as long as it doesn't mean so cheap that the service just sucks).

Allowing for online editing of CSS and HTML is important. I do not want to deal with hosting which makes it a pain to do anything other than use some drag and drop sort of site builder (like Intuit for example).

I would prefer something with PHP support, because I'm probably going to start learning PHP soon.

Anything else that you think it's important I look out for with website hosting services?

first decide which plan will work for your site, unlimited or limited, compare the cost at every hosting service and the pick out one.

waz-host.com offers shared hosting at $1.99 a month, and the stats are really good for the price. or you can upgrade to 6.99 a month and so on...

I recommend Hostgator. I've been with them for about 8 months now and had zero problems.

If you want good affordable hosting without Memory restrictions and whatnot, PM me. :)

~ Oh, and please boys and girls, remember that all those hosts that offer unlimited stats are overselling. Its not possible to offer unlimited stats, and one more final thing. They are "Hiding" their 64 or 32 MB Ram Limit which is retarded, so be warned. When your hit your cap from running a good popular website, dont go saying "Damnit, i was reading about this but i thought this hosting was so damn great..." Blah blah blah, just dont expect way to much.

As the saying goes "You get what you pay for".

Try fatcow hosting man only $3,67 per month, wich makes less than $48/year (go to webhostinggeeks.com first and click on fatcow on the table of top ten host, because if you just go there without goin to webhostinggeeks first, they will give you ordinary price $66/year) they have oath to serve you, and if the oath broken they will give you compensation, but if you serious to run business try inmotion hosting man, they got cnet certification 3 star out of 3 star
