What hosting company offers the best, fastest ticket service or phone service

i currently use hostgator, justhost, hostnine, and 1&1 and hostgator is leap years ahead of the other 3 in fast response times and usually good answers but they are more expensive than the others.

my question is: is there any other hosting company that compares with hostgators response times and service - at a better price? without any hidden fees or upgrade notices if you have a popular website?

and please please please, don't respond with links to your affiliate programs - it's just too obvious and your answer will look foolish.

    thanks.

A large number of companies offer very fast support ticket responses. But I noticed you said you have a popular website - how many resources does it use exactly? You may have outgrown shared hosting.

for dedicated servers also??? and for any type of problems?? that's the problem i've found.. that for dedicated servers the only support you get is if something is wrong with the hardware or operating system.. i need more..

With 20 000 per day you either need a pretty good/large VPS or better yet go over to a dedicated server to get more RAM and more CPU at a lower cost per unit than for a VPS, plus all power is just for you.

There is a difference between having a managed server and having an un-managed server. With a managed server you do get help with little things, like installing a script and so on. However, they are not your webmaster, so they will not edit color schemes for you, they will not program new pages or any kind of those jobs.

If you have outgrown your VPS like you say, it's either a bigger VPS or a dedicated and given the choice, to me it sounds like you could use a dedicated server with 20k visitors per day. How much are you willing to spend? Does the site bring in enough money to make it worth it for you to invest in a larger server?

With my personnel experience, UK2.net and Ubiquityservers has one of the fastest response times.

What are you looking for shared or dedicated servers, and what's your monthly budget?
