Ok, I got a IT/Computer blog and I work as a Web Host Technician at a fairly decent size hosting company. When I'm at work (midnights) I am constantly writing articles for my blog during my downtime, which is 90% of my work time My problem is I am running out of ideas man! I love to write and spam the article a bit with social sites etc, but I need some more ideas of stuff to write about. I can't just start writing stuff that I don't know about and I really don't like doing the re-wording article idea either. I like to be unique. One new thing I been trying is finding videos on youtube and writing content off of those videos but I'm even running out of videos to watch about fixing computer or new technology reviews. What helps you when your out of ideas and you want to write content the right way? Thanks!
Just take a deep breath, shut down the computer, go for a warm shower and then come back again. Well, it helps to release tension and free up the mind. Works for me all the time
What I usually do is reading a couple of computer magazine and also reading other people blog which is related to computer/technology.
One of the things I do is head over to any of the big article directories and look for inspiration from other similar articles. You don't have to steal their ideas/materials, but sometimes even just a title will trigger an additional idea in your head.
