Being contented is what happiness is for me. My problem is I can't seem to be contented.

it depends on you desires. But acquiring it many times reguires a struggle so that you can take from the bad and build to the good.

All things that are considered worth pursuing require struggle
examples a in shape body, a clean organized house, building an online business. They all can make us happy but require a struggle or work to acquire.

I don't think I've learned much about achieving happiness really. For me acquiring it means being in peace with yourself and with your loved ones and being excited about something. Mainly those are internal factors.

Happiness comes from within. Your circumstances have little to do with it. It is a choice you make.

Being extra nice to everyone and sharing a sense of humor makes me happy.

I've found the deepest happiness usually doesn't come from anything money can buy.
