Have you found it better to have 2 ad blocks right next to each other or have them scattered accrossed the page. Have you seen an improvement in CTR when having the ads scattered or when they are right next to each other and even touching each other. When scattered I mean one ad in the left side of the site and another in the right and maybe one near the bottom of the site.
I know every website is unique, I am trying to get a general picture of what others have found to work best.
I run large rectangles spaced out down the page because I thought that would work the best. I'm very happy with the way it works (CTR over 50% on some pages), and don't think I'll try it any other way.
Remember if your CTR is crap, then you run practically no risk in messing around with your ad layouts. man I just crushed my fingernail between the chair and my desk.
