hmm i dont think iv ever wrote my daily meal down or typed it! lets see home made chicken bugers sprouted wheat bun and a plum for breakfast! turkey poyboy for lunch on 9 grain wheat bread and organic dehydrated Mango snack! grilled chicken 4 dinner and im sure i had a few snacks i 4 got!?! I eat a lot and am alwasy hungry! i do rember yesterday i had the best jerked chicken ever! drool NOW SNACKING ON tamari pumpking seeds!

-- This mourning I had a can of tuna and a glass of milk -- Had some Tonka fruit snacks (lol) and some wheat thins... -- Ate a whole wheat power bar at lunch with a grilled cheese sandwich... -- Drank probably 4 glasses of water, a coke, and 2 glasses of diet V8 splash... -- Will probably drink 1-2 more glasses of water before I pass out, which will cause me to go to the bathroom just as I am ready to go to sleep and am laying in my bed. -- for dinner had chicken breast, cream corn mixed with whole kernel corn (too damn good)..., some fettuchini (sp?), and 2 really buttery bisquits.... My usual diet includes fast food.
Breakfast: - Oats soaked in cold milk for 10 minutes with a teaspoon of sugar. Used a spoon. - Cup of Tetley tea. Add the boiling water to the mug as soon as it reaches boiling point. Mix constantly for 90 seconds. A spoon is involved. Next meal: - Homemade lasagne that appeared in the kitchen. Ate with CHIPS. - Cup of Tetley tea. See above.
