    Today I came across a website which made me think how much I've done for "others" in 2008, those who are not as lucky as I am. Those who die of hunger or of thirst, those who are born with AIDS/HIV. Those who could have an a lot better life with a little support from us who are luckier. $35 a month. Yes, for $35 a month you could be sponsoring a child in Africa. You could make a difference in his/her life. Hell, just $35. Think about it guys. How easily do we spend $35 for ourselves? That's the amount I spent for going to 2 movies. How many of us couldn't afford $35 a month to help save a child, give him/her a chance to live, to get education? Think about it. You can do it.

    World Vision's HopeChild sponsorship program changes lives! Sponsor a HopeChild today.

    For just $35 a month you can sponsor a HopeChild in African countries and other countries around the world devastated by HIV/AIDS. As a HopeChild sponsor, you are connected with one special child who will know your name, write to you and feel your tender love and prayers. You can help turn the tide of the HIV/AIDS pandemic! You can provide things such as:

    * Clean Water
    * Nutritious Food
    * Health Care, including AIDS Prevention
    * Care for Sick or Dying Parents
    * Educational Opportunities
    * Spiritual Nurture
    * HIV and AIDS counseling

    Just $35 a month. Become a child sponsor today and help save the life of one special child in need. Why? Because you can.
