Interesting site. What I would do for that, would probley be something like target sites like problem solving ones or even dating sites and try to use a clever method to advertise your site somehow without looking like a spammer. Something like err.. looking for those 'agnoy aunt' type sites, helping a person out and then just tell them at the end that they can ask for more help at your site if they ever need to. Should do the trick I think. Good luck!
