    Hello Everyone,

We recently employed UKF_Kurtis into our company as a full time designer, He ws online everyday for roughly 12 hours and was always willing to help. Last Monday we organised to talk via MSN so I could give him more details on a few designs. We organised to talk on Tuesday. On Tuesday he did not come onto MSN, and has not been online since I talk to him on Monday.

Strangely he has been logging into his DP account and last logged in yesterday. If anyone has talked to him, or knows a way I can contact him could you please let me know

    Thanks

Wish we could help you mate, but I guess if someone doesn't wanna talk to you, they will not talk to you. You are both in the UK, do you have a phone number or something that you can bell him on? If you have given him a full time position, you should have got these kind of details.

Sometimes when somebody is freelancing as well as working full time, they become overwhelmed with the amount of work and lack of hours in which to do it and have no choice but to go into hiding. Just comes with trying to do too much really. Time management skills are often lacking in freelancers.

I think that the best thing to do instead of trying to stake him out is just try and let him grow the balls to come in this thread or on PM and speak to you. Eventually, there is no alternative.

Good luck with this situation mate, anything else you need to know we will all be willing to help you.

    Davey.

    Davey,

Thank you for all of your help, It is truely kind of you to put so much effort into your post.

I hope he decides to grow the balls like you said, and to come and participate in this thread

    Thanks
