Harry Potter an the Deathly Hallows is the best book in the series for me. Second favourite would be Prisoner of Azkaban
For me, it's Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. However, the fight scene between dumbledore and Voldermort at the end of The Order of the Phoenix was cool. I can't wait until The Deathly Hallows comes out... it should be awesome
