What happens?

so i have just submitted my visa debit information for a 1and1 vps server. via paypal and they said it will take up to 24hrs to send me my login information for the admin.1and1.com. But do they take it out from my visa debit card or do they take it from my paypal.??

I do believe it would be taken off your debit card if you entered in the information at the paypal website even if it is added to your paypal account and you chose for payment to be taken off the card.

 

Yeah, it'll be taken off of your card. I'm pretty sure though that PayPal has a feature that you can set that'll let you spend the money that you haven't yet withdrawn from the paypal account.
