What happens to adsense on April 8th?

    What the heck is this? Do we have to publish some policy or something on our websites?

    Um, yeah. If you don't have a privacy policy your account can be banned. That is an old notice from almost six months ago (last April), just reminding you to make sure you have a privacy policy on all the sites you have adsense on (if you didn't already know this, then you really need to read the Adsense TOS).

    Yes read the program policies - you have been required to have a privacy policy since 2008, and you were required to update that policy before April of this year. Google not only put a warning on accounts, but also sent out an email to publishers about the change in March, so you need to be sure you are actually reading what Google sends you.
