what happens to a site where its composed of 99 outbound links? can they get good...

ranking? i notice there are plenty tutorial sites where all they do i link to outside content. how can these sites be popular where their content are just links?

 

Sounds like a link farm to me. Google will usually ignore and penalized those sites anyway.

 

its not the case.. if that is the case, then there wont be any directories who would be having high prs. google does lists the directories and indexed all the outbound links!!
