What happens if you're running an ad revenue sharing website, and one of the people who's participating in the program puts in an invalid Google Pub-id?

For example...I put in pub-0000000000000 but that's not a valid pub-id. Will google take action against the person doing the revenue sharing? or will it just register the clicks as invalid?

it will just either not show, or not register clicks as far as we know. Or it could always register the click, charge the advertiser for it, and then of course keep the money
