    How will SE react?
How it can affect the PR?

typically it takes a SE some 3 days to have the results in the db
if you change each day title - then all you get is totally frustrated site visitors because the site they see is different from what they were searching

you ruin your own credibility as a web publisher if one URL/page changes its content / title each day and no one finds what he looks for

Why would you want to change your title everyday? The title is merely for the visitors to know what your site is about...keep it simple, non spammy and easy to recognise (consistent)....it doesn't help you with your SERPs, all it does is tells searchers what your site is about so they are more likely to click on it...

If you have any reason for doing this, then post it here.

Solely changing the title each day is no deal.

Maybe he is thinking that bots will come more often this way?
If so, you can just put time and date, it changes every second ;)

It would not affect PR but it would affect your rank in serp.

And many visitors remember You by Your title. If they can't remeber the web address than they would remember the title and search it.......

Ever heard of Spoono? They have their titles on a rotation so everytime you reload it you get a different title from a selection of them they have.

Google is suspicious of any page that changes its content every visit, not to say that it's always for a bad reason , just that I would avoid such tactics.

I would aviod this as your title is key to rankings, so you would be messing with a rather important part of your site for no beneficial reason.
