But you did break Paypal's AUP which you agreed to and that is to do money exchanges. Besides you use fake details so that is a double whammy. Just forget the account.

nothing will happen to you other then getting emails constantly from paypal asking you to fund your account since you provide fake info to paypal.. for a small amount as $80 paypal can take the lose.... but its not right to do such type of things... its called scamming paypal... so please do not abuse paypal and its users... be honest and open a paypal account under your real name... and you will never have any problem....

What is the difference ? egold is virtual currency so it is still considered money. It is not like you are selling jewelry or collectibles.

Will they be able to track him down? Since He used fake info. What will happen if he didn't link bank/credit card to it?

They could track him down if they can get his ISP to cooperate but it could be time consuming and expensive.

for $80 they will probably just close the account and write it off after they try to contact you. If you're in the US they might sell it to a collections agency but if they don't have your real info I'm not sure what they could do. Sounds like they send bailiffs in other countries but not here. I don't see why anybody would do that for $80 but who knows. How were you withdrawing your money if they don't have your info?

paypal should increase security like, ACCSENT or Something like asking DOB while payments and "NO CHARGEBACKS"

then we all will love it
