    Lets say I make my own free forum. I put my site in my sig, and then spam up like 10k posts in that forum. Would it all count as backlinks?

    Well there is really no point unless the forum is like a pr4 or something. They will count as different backlinks.

    I'm pretty sure that you can still gain backlinks from 0 PR forums.

    Google looks for different IP addresses and different Hosts as part of backlink exchange, so I doubt you'd get anything from that waste of time. Easier to just get backlinks from others.

    Depends on how Popular and Active ur Forum is ? if there is only 10 People on forum and you make 10000 Posts with siggy thingy then whats the use ???
