I recently sent money to someone, but he didn't delivered what he was supposed to so upon contacting him, he said his paypal account is limited now, cant refund even It was a new paypal Showed me screenshot proving the limitation now he said that paypal is struck, he cant unlimit that, cause he don't have bank statement Now my question is, does paypal return money to its sender after some time ? ( amonth maybe ?) if he dont use the account ? I heard somewhere similar thing happened and paypal returned the sender Anybody can shed any light upon that ?
As you are from india i assume that BTW if you have already paid him then he need to send you product/service for which this transaction takes place. Its not your side fault. Tell him. DON.
Already told and conversions done anyways, thing is he is not scammer, i had dealings with him before But want to know what happens to a limited paypal after some time ?
The problem is you have sent it as a personal payment. I believe Paypal won't back you up with this. Sending a personal payment means you took the risk of a non-refund. A personal payment is viewed as that - personal. No services have been paid. No products have been purchased. It is just a sending of funds for personal reasons. I don't know why your friend cannot get bank account though.
