What happened with the MySpace lawsuits?

I read in January MySpace was suing a bunch of spammers or something, for millions of dollars. Has anything come of this yet?

 

They won against a few of the major phishers I think... Or at least that's what one of my friends said.

 

So it was only against the people that stole accounts?

 

It takes months, if not years, for a court case to wrap up.

They just launched the lawsuits a few weeks ago, they probably won't have their first court dates for a year or two.
