    He's probably got OVH servers, and maxed out his bandwith for the international transit so only a certain amount of people are getting through.

    their site seems down...but my websites hosted with them are still up...weird...I know that their actual site is on a US server tho, and my site is hosted on their offshore servers...so maybe the US ones went down for some reason?
