    After Google's RankBrain AI algo updates and other updates it has rolled out in previous few years ranking websites without paid Guest Posting is impossible. Thus majority of people left this business and also resulted in Web Development projects dropping.
    Check flippa.com where you will find few websites for sale with Organic traffic and most of them with social media traffic and that too is changing with all major social websites removing fake users.
    This industry is dead, accept this and find another profession to make money.
