I don't know what happened. I got the site http://www.4fd.us up and running and got 9 visitors, then 27, then 46, and all the way up to 60 a day but then our visits started dropping a lot. All of a sudden we got 3 then 0 then 1. What happened? What SEO can I do to fix this? Anyone have any suggestions?

at the begining, when you had higher traffic, where did your visitors come from?

did you get your traffic from search engines, or by linking?

    did your SERP changed?

    give more details man

A lot came from other sites where I have posted links. Not much from search engins. I need more from search engins.

    the ads turned me off

a lot of blank white space at the top

you might want to SEO your site a little more

your keywords are basic and they would probably never show up
on a search for the services you offer.

more content with your keywords in it.

just search google for say "free submit url" and add your self to
    directories

    swap links with relevant sites

blog on blogger, join digg and stumpleupon, squidoo etc and write blogs and link back to
    your site

Why would you put ads on a site like this? Don't you want to convert visitors to your site?

Get rid of the Adbrite ads, put some more text about webhosting and technical data. That may get you some longtail searches. Short webhosting keywords will be pretty competitive.
