No Rights. Your Guilty until proven innocent! I never believed this would happen in America and especially to me? I just finished a three-year war with the IRS. They said we did not have children to declare and tried to seize $80,000 from me. I have one wife of 15 years and two wonderful kids, yet the IRS say's I have no kids because the computer say’s so. I thought it was a joke at first and all we would have to do is show them their birth certificates. That’s all we thought it would take, and we were wrong! Even bringing our children to the IRS was fraught with hostile IRS agents who tried to say we were lying about having kids and were using children of other families to get out of paying what we owe! It was unbelievable! Over $8,000 for CPA defense fee’s and three years later, the IRS now agrees we have legitimate kids. This after being threatened with closing of bank accounts, jail and a host of infinite penalties and interest. We were treated as guilty scum and run through the mill. I used to believe we were free and that courts would bring justice. But (because of my own ordeal) I now am questioning everything I believe in. It took family and church members who signed affidavits that we in fact had kids in their presents their whole life. Birth certificates meant nothing to these agents. It took a community to fight back. About three months ago I started to question everything about where we are at in America. I took a second look at what people were saying about our government, tax system, 911, constitution, loss of rights, inflation, and the world at large. And what I have found is terrifying. I just could not bring myself to believe that evil people could dominate the system in a country known for having some of the most good-hearted well-meaning inhabitants. I think I am waking up…

awwww right.....so here is what I think. The IRS took one look at you, one look at your big stomach....and probably said something like...... This guy doesn't have kids.......he's gotta eat kids. And that disqualifies the exemptions!!!!!!!!! if you had shown me both the birth certificates and a safeway bill....I woulda believed you!
try and enter the usa now, it is almost the same feeling you get from the time you try and get on a plane, to the time you get out of the usa airport, it is a shocking feeling, you are made to feel a criminal for just visiting a friend in the usa. the special agreement the usa and uk had about travel without a visa, ends in a month or 2, and everyone from the uk will need a visa to enter the usa again. the usa has gone way overboard with it's treatment of it's known friends, and i am sure you'll notice it in the usa soon.
I've known people to lie about that, though. I remember one guy saying he had 5 children. He was an anarchist.

last time i visited usa (me + my friends "canadians" and an American guy) we had to wait 8 hours on the border for the F****** Investigators to make there investigations . They brought an FBI GIRL AGENT , Because it was on 31 December , she was insulting the one who brought her because they called her from her vacancy She started asking questions and then after a while asking the same questions different way to see if we keep the same version . Then 1 by 1 alone .... lol till they discover Fire and we were free to go ... . Poor thing
