It does look like a premium publisher's format.. (http://www.usmansworld.com/ belongs to a DP member doesn't it?) Strange that it doesn't show ads by adsense anywhere.. they usually do.

Oh wow. I have stumbled onto a great discovery. Something while I was editing the blog post disrupted the code, and know I have a Premium Publishers ad block. Sounds good to me :p. But the thing is, will I get in trouble?

Yes. As accidental as it may have been, you've altered the code. That's a definite no no as I'm sure you know know (terrible joke  )

Lol you don't have a premium publishers block, you just have edited code, anybody could edit the code to make it look like whatever they want. This http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-hsdpa.htm is a premium publisher block for example.

I had the same problem with my blogger.com blog. I think there is something weird going on with Adsense. I tried to put a referral for Fire Fox in my post and I got the same ads you have there. I tried several time and got the same thing. I also keep getting errors when trying to install any Adsense on my blogger blog.
