What Happened ? - Commission showed up without Sales and Was reversed 16 days later.

    Normally commission amount shows up with sales amount in report,but I recently had a strange event.

    Commission amount showed up without sales amount on Nov 24.
    I thought this is unusual and doubted it was valid.
    On Dec 10 it was reversed. It was 16 days after the supposed transaction date Nov 24.

    I am not complaining this reversal.
    All I want to know is the reason why commission amount showed up without sales amount.

    Anyone experienced the same before?
    Could someone explain why and how this happened?
