    Why my name be deleted from the link my
    When he moved to another page of the site, including the payment page
    Some sites will be deleted as soon as my name to enter the Site
    Many of the buy out of my way, but do not count my commission

    A cookie is often used to track visitors once they're on the merchant's site, so your name in the URL is not necessary at all times. Sometimes the visitor subscribes to an autoresponder mailing list and you get a commission a couple of days later when they decide to buy the product.

    You mean you have an 'order form submit count' but no commission? Maybe a credit card was declined or the sale didn't go through for some reason?
