Sooner or later, someone from them will check your site. If not, you will have a luck. This is risky thing anyway.

All they need to do is check to see if the Ad code is modified from the standard. This would not be hard to do via its mediabot crawler.

Google is not that smart as you think it is.
About hiding "ads by google", there will be someone to report you to the Adsense team.

if they have any crawler to check there codes , thay can't find any changes in there code because there is actually no chnages and google does not have artificial intelligence to understand the use of css. what you people think?

You're making assumptions about the tools Google uses to catch this kind of thing. That's probably a bad idea, as Google has shown time and again that they can find new ways to catch cheaters, forcing the cheater to always find new methods to stay ahead of Google. There are many different ways to hide the "Ads by Gooooogle" part of the ad, and I'm sure someone has tried your way before. At some point someone will report your site, after which Google will have a real person check it out. It doesn't matter how you cover it up with code and avoid modifying the Adsense code, if you change the appearance of the ad on the page then you are violating Google's terms. Frankly, I don't think it's worth it just for a small potential gain in CTR.

i wouldnt risk getting banned because of it mate, its only a small bit of text. have it there but have the colour very similar to the page background so it is visable, but only slightly visable.

Yes you have. Check out the part about obscuring any part of the ad and then come back and see if you think you haven't done anything wrong. Here are the pertinent parts of the Policies.

this is what we called violated the TOS. read the TOS carefully and you wil know that it's against the rule. TOS not only talk about changing the code but also talk about the look of the ads as well. if you dont believe me. try it and you will know that it's too late to change or correct anything after you got banned.
