HyperVM had issues, that does not identify them to be a 'scam'

There already are datalost, I had fsckvps.com which is not responsible for hardware failures. I spoke with them and asked what is covered under sla internet and power outages is what I was told. They should really add hardware to to their sla. They lost the data for about 19 servers thus far, and my vps is on one of those servers.
Also they are not a scam they are just stupid, honestly LAST WEEK THEY HAD A HARDWARE FAILURE ON THE SERVER I WAS ON TWICE AND FIXING TOOK LONGER THEN EXPECTED BUT NOT COVERED BY SLA is just proves that cheap is not always better, quality is.

Its been about ~24 hours of outage on my VPS by now. They'd better offer me a free month or two, or I'll be looking for a new provider.

They are not scam, but I think its too much for them, its seems that they dont have too much people working...

Bad news for me, since the server where I was hosted in is "dead", that's waht they told me

Now, it will interested to know where HyperVPM/lxlabs will be heading...

Who you blame?? the hackers(intruders), the hosts, or the Software Vendor?

There's no doubt it's the hacker's fault, then it's LXLabs' fault for not patching it - but I must say before I go any further that I am deeply saddened by LX Lab's owner committing suicide.

Correct, now the question will come who will take care of LXLabs, if no one, then simply HyperVM users will die with no potential upgrades in near future.
