    Where are you visitors coming from?

    Have you tried changing ad placements?

    Are the ads display in your website relevant to your contents?

    I suggest change Ad placements and test the progress. Proper Ad placement will help you to get a higher CTR.

    If ads display on your site, probably the traffic is of low quality.

    Offtopic: next time when you start a thread you should give as much details as possible, especially if you want help. Some on the forum are psychic but most are not. This way you increase your odds of getting good advice.

    It shall be low quality traffic or non-targeted traffic, you need to input your content to get more targeted traffic
