What Happen to Reciprocal Links After Selling?

    My idea is this,

    First register a memorable and
    relevent domain name. Then build
content with a blog and back links
    with reciprocal links.
After coming to a stable state,
    I sell it.

I can provide the content via a
backup to the buyer. Using or
not using it is a matter of him.

But, what will happen to reciprocal
links, if the buyer is not going to
    maintain them?

    I will loose my reputation???

If I mention that site contains
    reciprocal links at the sale,
    will it decrease the price???

    Any experience or suggestion please...

Obviously the buyer will not remove the reciprocal links if he wants to keep the website, which I am sure will be the only reason he will buy it in the first place.
