I believe there is a lot of people who use FDC for their server. The question is now, what happen to them? Their main site, crm, servers, resellers, all went down! If you are hosted with them, please let me know the status of your server as I surfed around and saw all their service are down. They have been having a lot of short outages lately and if you hang around at the webhosting section of dp or anywhere else then ya'll see everyone who's a reseller/or have a node with them are having a real hard time explaining everything to the customers.
Which is the prime reason you tend to want to host with a company with the least amount of downtime as possible, it's one of those sales gimmicks everyone tries. The people who felt FDCServers was ever like that (don't know what rock they've been under) are getting burned. By my estimates they've had some problems for a couple of years, at least! (Or they did when I had a server there).
Yes sometimes I notice a outage once and awhile but last minutes only. FDCservers is still a good place and could save you thousands of dollar in bandwidth fees you'd pay elsewhere.
