I want to know that what happen if someone get backlinks from penalised websites. Share your suggestions with me.
Good question. I shouldn't think that it would cause any harm to your SEO because at the end of the day, it's not your fault. I'd imagine that the link would be dismissed so it would bare no SEO value to your website.
I think it won't harm your site because ..then your competitor will do this first, he will add your link to a penalized site..
You just making a statement that is not correct. I have a friend that is very reputable in SEO Industry, I don't want to mention his name here. His website also link to other site that has been penalised by Google but no bad effect happened to his website. It means that there is no effect, NO SEO Value.
Penalized website will not index in search engine so if you have back link of that website then there is no issue. but if website has 0 or spammer links then you should not submit your links there.
Nothing to worry about it...the only thing will you wont get any seo value through that site...that's it...Big G wont through your site to Sand box...
In theory nothing would happen, BUT, statistically, G bots process millions of websites everyday and your website would be under risk of some light penalization for several years because to err is machine and G is not divine.
If it's deindexed site, it won't affect you, but if it's still indexed you should try to remove that link. After Penguin Google isn't so much aware of negative SEO concept.
Agree with Lucky Romania. Get rid of all such links. You don't want to run afoul of G in any way. Only have links from high PR domains that are not penalized.
You should avoid rhese type of links, however I doubt it would affec your ranking, I think google would possibly just not count the backlink(s).
