You will never know for sure... I was doing great on one offer and it was "paused" but it never came back. In the meantime it will be redirected to a different Azoogle offer. Be sure to check it and remove your links or find out if one of the other affiliate companies has the campaign.
It's best to ask your manager. If you are doing high volumns, then you should contact your AM when an offer goes down or is paused so you know more about it. Even if you don't drive a lot of volumn, its still good to know.
