    When your website gel banned by Google then your website completely remove from the GOOGLE SERPS. And you need to check out your website error and resolve the problem. Then you can send Re-Consideration mail to Google with the help of Google Webmaster Central Tool.

    It referred to sites that were "restricted" in some ways in performance, limiting their ability to do well i nteh SERPs for certain/all search terms etc.

    That sounds more like being Tea-Bagged than sandboxed dude. The sandbox is a myth and an excuse for peoples laziness and lack of skillz.

    Well i am agree with it but you can do also many thing to get out of it like your site is less than two years old or you have made major changes to your website.
