What hapend on 15 of feb on google ?

    I can confirm the same on all 43 sites in WMT. I can confirm that the data is bogus too.

    All my third-party tools report no changes. I see no traffic changes.

    Also my stats usually update every 24 hours. My stats haven't updated in 72 hours in WMT.

    I am not see that, but I can fee Google did some big changes that will involve plenty of site by profile link building.
