What Graphics Program Is Used to Make These Videos?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help.

    There are some REALLY AWESOME Videos such as this
    that I've seen recently:

    Does anyone know what program is used to create these videos?

    My Daughter has been using Window Movie Maker and Incansoft's GFX Video Writer
    programs and is doing quite well w/ them.
    She's also learning GIMP2 and is really impressing Me w/ Her abilities.
    (btw/ She's only 8 yrs. old!)

    She was quite impressed w/ the vid shown in the above YouTube link
    and wants to know how to do it...

    Well, you can make these kind of videos with adobe premiere and after effects. Both these softwares are well known video editing, Visual Effects and compositing software's. These software's are also used in film industries. Ask your daughter to learn these software's from the resources like http://cg.tutsplus.com http://ae.tutsplus.com.

    I know it's a bit harder for an 8 year old child to learn these software's, But i want you tell you that these are the best software's in the market. She can even create a visual effects like spider man, fantastic 4, Enthiran (The robot) with these sofwares, But these requires lot of practice and she should know the concept of green screening etc., etc.,

    Thank you VERY Much for your response!

    I've heard of those programs before but will have to wait
    to actually purchase them until She is a little bit older and
    ready to use them.

    Are there any 'templates' sites that are easily editable like
    in that video?

    Maybe something that She can edit in Windows Movie Maker
    or something similar?

    None I think. You can Google Search them if you like.

    Anyways xcd125 is right. If you are planning to create these sorts of videos, then after effects will do!

    Yes, After Effects, some Smoke Effect at the back there, fire is probably from a free footage site you can download some for free I think. For text, there's no effect, fake 3D space within After Effects. Lens Flare Effect for the shining stuff. Choose a good music and make your animation accordingly. Creative Cow( a website) has all the podcasts you need to be able to do that! Cheers!

    It is after effects with some extra packages.. However, if someone wants to learn both Creative Cow and Videocopilot is two VERY good sites with plenty of templates.
