    Hi,

I am new here and to Google adsense. I been trying to place google adsense on my website.

I been following advice from this website www.toliveonline.com for few weeks now.

I my website is almost complete and I am about to register with google adsense to start my adsense.

I just want to know if the advice on this site is good and right? I don't want to do any mistake and get banned from google.

Any experts here could advice if I should follow this site?

    Thanks.:D

    Welcome to DP.

I don't see any information on that site. Just a lot of affiliate links.

I am not an expert, but i can say that you don't need anything other than a suitable website (read Adsense TOS) to start. And if you have any questions (trust me, you will have a lot) dp is the right place.

you sure that site is not your own in the first place? sure looks like you're trying to promote a site that doesn't contain any information except pushing products...

Google very rarely bans a site , unless you are using black SEO on your site .. such as hidden words , links etc ..

The question we've been asked is whether to follow this particular site as a source of advice about setting up an online business site. I am speaking only on a very quick look at the home page for the "toliveonline" site. Two things struck me: first, the site murders the English language; and second, the material is nicely conceptualized and organized. I ordinarily do not trust sites (or correspondents) that are confused about English usage; nevertheless, this site does appear to have some clarity about setting up for online business. That the advice about Google is okay seems evident from the Google adsense ads displayed on the home page. That is, this guy hasn't been dropped by Google so far. The only problem is with adsense placement on each side of the main content. I enlarge the type face that my browser displays, and that cuts out both sides of the ads--not exactly a money-winning strategy.
