What google queries to use for searching resources?

I now find it hard to look and search for blogs where I can post comment and link. I am a junior link builder and would like to learn new techniques, specially queries for searching resources which will provide me dofollow links with high quality blogs and without pending comments.

Could anybody here can help and assist me?
