Well, that shouldn't make much of a difference because your wordpress post titles won't change and that's how Google ranks you. You might have gotten sandboxed because of infringement?

Did you follow any black hat SEO techniques?
Stick to standards and follow the Google webmaster guidelines.

I changed my blog title tag yesterday, and I noticed some of my posts for certain keywords are no longer ranking high. How do I keep this new title and get my article posts to rank back up high? My old title was "Make Money Blogging About Nothing" and now it is "How To Increase Blog Traffic". I want this new title because most of my blog posts are about SEO and other traffic building methods. I figure this new title will have more relevance to the articles.

It might be simply the matter of time and you may be patient for a while before seeing the rankings back. Google likes to see things as static.

I wouldn't expect this site to recover soon. It has little, if any, original content so it looks like a "thin affiliate" site, and links to many sites that are likely to be considered "bad neighborhood" sites. Both of those are violations of Google's Guidelines, so you're likely to stay penalized until you change the site.
