Coffee and cigarette. That's all i need..... i know it is bad for me, but too hard to quit I heard meditation is good too. Anyone monk here?
Coffee in the mornings, go fast energy drink at 3:00pm and than maybe a 3rd cup of coffee at 5:00pm just so i can finish the day.
Does coffee really work or it's more of a psychological effect that it will keep you awake ? I have rarely felt any difference
Regular coffee works hardcore...I used to be a heavy coffee drinker and always thought the same thing 'it doesn't really do anything' Until I quit it, oh my god the first couple of days I could barely move. My body was so accustomed to the coffee/caffeine that I could barely function w/o it. If you're a heavy coffee drinker try quitting it, you'll see what I'm talking about.. By heavy I mean several pots a day by yourself.
Smoking is a problem for me as well, i have been smoking for past 7 years, and i have been trying to quit for last 2 yrs, but it seems like it is hard to quit, i have tried patches, nicotine gums but to no avail. Anybody got better ideas to quit smoking ?
I recently quit..smoked for about 13 years, minimum 3 packs a day.. Gum, working out, a goal, possibly a good woman or something similiar to help you for support and to keep your mind occupied.
After reaching at home from office, My cute 2 yrs daughter`s smiling face and sharing views with her gives me all energy I need. I forget all tensions i have in my life. Soni
When your "WHY" is strong enough then "HOW" will take care of itself... this saying goes good here too... When you feel that you should quit smoking then you will certainly do...I urge you to quit smoking that's too injurious... I made my friend quit smoking... He kept my words.... this is my daily energy before.....but i quit smoking. now,a very tight embrace and kisses from my *special someone* every morning and lots of coffee!!! is my source of energy.
